The Northern
Station
The Northern Station was a year long senior project that consisted of research, survey development, interviews, and site visits. It is a multi-family development focused on arts-based initiatives, cultural diversity, and community involvement. We had the opportunity to work with Kilbourne Group to get floor plans of the current Dillard apartments which we used for the building shell. This project is my favorite that I had the opportunity to design while pursuing my degree at NDSU.
